DP. I'm not up on the details of 1. and 2. but on 3., below are the FACTS. Tell me again how Biden "caters" to China?

*On the military front, Biden has repeatedly said that the U.S. military would defend Taiwan in the event of conflict with China. At the same time, under Biden, the US is 1) expanding its presence in the Philippines as a deterrent to Chinese aggression 2) is working to strengthen military ties with Australia, Japan and India and 3) has gotten the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to speak out on potential threats from China.

Let's look at Joe's response to China in reality....

Remember that Joe considers China a "competitor" and not an "adversary." (“China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man!" - Joe Biden, Iowa, 2019)

Remember that balloon that traversed the US? And, was only shot down AFTER it had crossed the entire US?

Don't forget that Joe decided to end President Trump’s “China Initiative,” a program under which the Department of Justice (DOJ) focused on rooting out espionage by Chinese scientists and academics, also seemed to suggest that Biden was protecting Beijing.

The Biden administration’s eager reentry into the Paris climate accord and enthusiasm for renewable energy can be read as another gift to Beijing. Biden pledged to cut U.S. emissions 50 percent to 52 percent by 2030, a drastic promise that could leave Americans with less reliable and less affordable energy, while China basically promised nothing, and continues to build new coal-fired power plants.

Chinese companies provide more than 80 percent of the components for the solar and wind industries worldwide. Despite efforts to boost U.S. self-sufficiency in renewables, trying to reach that emissions target will be a boon to China for the foreseeable future.
