Please help me feed my family for 10 days without an oven or stove

I'll never buy an appliance from Best Buy again. After multiple screw ups they're now saying my new oven/range won't be delivered for 10 more days. It's already been 10 days and I'm really running out of ideas.

We have a 3 and 5 year old that are pretty picky eaters. A baby too, but she just started solids.

I have a microwave, instant pot, toaster oven, crock pot and Vitamix.

The kids generally do not like anything in the instant pot. I guess because the ingredients are all combined and the stew-like texture.

Does anyone have some ideas? I am basically making crock pot whole chickens, 90 second microwave rice and raw veggies every day. Lots of PB&J and smoothies, too.

Thank you!

How big is your toaster oven? Can you fit a casserole dish in there?

Could you do packet meals on a grill?

rotisserie chicken and frozen veggies (I stumbled on Trader Joe’s frozen masked potatoes and my kids love them as a treat)

Left over chicken - chicken quesadillas in toaster oven

Left over chicken - add to canned soup with frozen veggies with bread

Frozen lasagna

Chicken salad with canned chicken or rotisserie chicken. I like to make it with more Dijon mustard than mayo, a fresh herb like tarragon or dill, chopped apples and celery, grapes, watercress and walnuts, but there are a lot of variations. I sometimes add feta cheese.

Also I make a Greek "chicken salad" that's rotisserie chicken + storebought tzatziki, feta and chopped cucumbers, radishes and tomatoes.

Sandwiches, salads, smoothies, cereal, yogurt parfaits, chia pudding or acai bowls and eat out a lot.

Maybe get an air fryer? Chicken nuggets, vegetables, roasting pork tenderloin, make pizzas. Breakfast can toast hashbrown, waffles, etc.

Unfortunately no.

Slow cooker, microwave, electric grill. You can get all from Walmart for under $120 total.

Oh yeah forgot to mention, the Costco prepared dinners are pretty great, particularly the street tacos.

No and I specifically bought it thinking I could but it's just a hair too shallow that I can't close the lid. So annoying!

In my OP I said I have the slow cooker and microwave among other things. Looking for recipe ideas using what I do have.
