Any APS Cardinal parents care to share how things are going?

I know it's pretty much McKinley 2.0 with the same admin. But curious to hear how the new school feels and how thing are going. The interior looks amazing in photos!
How is traffic and parking? I know that had been a point of concern at various points. |

The school is WOW on the inside. My first grader was virtual last year at McKinley, which was....ok. She's really excited about the new school now and skips off happily each day.
Staff have been accommodating and communicative. I haven't noticed much of an issue with the traffic. There were a few bottlenecks the first week, but they've been pretty quick to find some solutions. |

| We are new to Cardinal/McKinley. It’s fine. Front staff seem kind of standoffish; school seems to basically be McKinley, which kind of stinks for the new kids. Websites are McKinley, teachers sometimes slip up and say McKinley, etc. However my kiddo was thrilled with the side; older sibling says the Astro turf is too hot to play on at recess |
