+1 and don't see any reason to be nostalgic about buying and washing pajamas!

Have you asked him if he wants to wear them. Our three sons (10, 14 and 15) haven’t worn pajamas since they were about 7 or 8, at which time they all started sleeping in just their underwear. Youngest still does, and the older two ditched the underwear somewhere around their 13th birthdays and have slept in the nude ever since.
