Laser/plastic surgery cure for dark undereye circles?

I'm desperate, and willing to do whatever it takes to get rid of these damn undereye circles.

Is there any kind of treatment that works?

I actually a conversation about this at my plastic surgeon's office. The woman who does the microderm had some different techniques for making them better. There is no sure way of getting rid of them. If you find out let me know.
