How do I get out of full screen mode on an ipad in Firefox?

Please help! Somehow I've wandered into full screen mode on my ipad. I've googled for solutions and, so far, none of them have worked. (Many of the instructions are for Windows -- so, no F11 key. Or for laptops. While I found instructions for getting INTO FSM on tablets, I haven't found instructions for successfully getting out of it.) I also don't see the arrow keys or a zoom option when I go to the three bar menu and the settings. I've also tried doing a soft reset and it's still in full screen mode -- which means that I can't see the labels on my tabs. I'm currently using software version 14.5 on a 6th generation ipad.
