Recommend your home office printer/scanner/copier

Looking for a new printer/scanner/copier. Please share models you like or hate!

Wants:

-reliable, not breaking down or giving random error messages all the time
-good print quality, but do not need to print photos
- b&w and color
-ADF that doesn’t malfunction regularly
-capable of scanning double-sided documents in ADF

Budget $500-$600, but cheaper is good, too.
