Burgundy Farms for hyperlexia?

This was another one mentioned to us besides NY Smith. How SN friendly is the place? Are people generally happy with the school?

My neighbors love it. They were at Nysmith before and thought that place was too restrictive and rigid.Nysmith makkes you sign a contract saying you cant talk about them (weird). My neigbor's kid was reading by 2. Burgundy farm has an open campus and are accomadating. Her son in addition to being a smarty pants has some attention issues which the school has worked w/ . I met a couple families through the parties my neighbor had and all the families seem very nice.

Nysmith didn't ask us to sign a contract saying we can't talk about them.

My child was also reading at 2 years and also has a few attention issues ... he is loving life at Burgundy Farm. He did not attend Nysmith, so that makes two kids that meet the description! Go take a tour of the campus and chat with some of the teachers and the librarians (who are very involved in the language arts and social studies programs at the school.) I think you will like what you see and hear. Best wishes.
