Device like FB Portal for MS Teams?

| My company uses MS Teams, and the only way I’ve found to avoid echo during video meetings is a headset. Is there a good monitor with built in speaker and microphone that I can use for meetings without needing a headset? Portal works great for my Zoom calls with external parties, but isn’t compatible with Teams. |
