Does anyone have any insight on this elementary school?

My DH and I are considering buying a house in the Yellow Springs ES/Monocacy MS/Gov Thomas Johnson HS public school cluster.

YSES and TJ are fine. Monocacy is fair to middling at best.

I wouldn’t doubt that they way they’re building up neighborhoods fast that there will be another middle school option for north Frederick neighborhoods in 10 years.
