Different versions of Office (Visio)?

I have Visio 2010 on my home computer and my office uses 2013. There's a new template doc but my older version had to convert it and there may be some formatting issues.
I can easily upgrade to Visio 2016 or 2019. Will those work natively with a 2013 doc? Or will there still be conversion or formatting issues? |
