Issue with FIOS 2.4G/5G

Last Friday, my FIOS internet went down for a few minutes. When it came back up, I could no longer see the 2.4G and 5G networks individually. I’ve logged into my FIOS account and the SON is still disabled (I set it up that way when FIOS was installed last year). I called Verizon after rebooting the router several times and they could not figure out what was going on. They ended up sending me a new router, I set it up, made sure the SON was off, and yet I still cannot see the different networks.

Anyone have any ideas what could be going on? When I look at my account online both the 2.4 and 5G show as being available and online. I have tried multiple devices to make sure it wasn’t device specific and I have manually entered the network information to try and access the 2.4 but that doesn’t work either.

Long shot, but turn on SON. Save and reboot. Turn off SON. Save and reboot.
