Ever had a Filling Defect during HSG?

Anonymous
My HSG showed normal tubes and an otherwise normally shaped uterus. But the entire lower segment had a filling defect! The radiologist showed me as the HSG was happening how the dye did not darken appropriately and I’ll have to go in next cycle for a saline sonogram to see what’s going on.

Has anyone else had this? What was the outcome?

It’s usually a fibroid, polyp or scar tissue.
