I have a number of mild-to-moderate diagnosed and undiagnosed wrist issues (an unclear combination of tendinitis, ganglion cysts, carpal tunnel syndrome, and maybe more). I also have to do a lot of typing for work.
I am wondering whether switching to an ergonomic "split" keyboard with two parts at an angle might help by keeping my wrists at a more natural angle. However, I'm not sure that the way I currently type lines up fully with the split of those keyboards. If you transitioned to one, would love to get your feedback on the process, how long it took to get used to it, and any specific recommendations on keyboards/etc. Thanks!! |
