Anyone have a child using Augmentative Communication Device (ACD)?

My child is starting on a Dynavox device. I'm excited for her and what this opens up. I have many questions, including whether this is the best device, or whether the Prentke-Romich is better. Also, is or has your child been in the kindergarten for ACD kids? I'm interested in their experience, and whether your child went on to be integrated into a regular first grade class.
