Little Scholars at Library of Congress Daycare Center- Review?

We are looking for feedback on the Little Scholars daycare center. We've been using a nanny and our children (now 3 and 18 months) and we're thinking of making the switch (if we get off the waiting list). My spouse works there so we heard it shouldn't be that hard. My older daughter has been going to nursery school 2 days a week and loves going to school so she wouldn't have any trouble transitioning. The nanny and separate nursery school option just is so expensive which is why we're thinking about switching them.
