Boys and Girl's lacrosse clubs

Anonymous
Just to change up topics a bit (we all have information on COVID 24/7) I was wondering about clubs that have both boys and girls programs. Is there any club that has strong (national ranked) teams in both boys and girls? What club has the best combination of both. It seems to me that some top boys clubs have girls but I cannot think of one that is really strong in both boys and girls clubs.

There aren’t any.

I can only think of MadLax, NextLevel and Cavaliers as having both boys and girls. The boys teams are stronger across all 3 with Cavs maybe the most balanced.

And 3DLacrosse has both. Honestly, despite both sports being called lacrosse, they are really two different animals game-wise, and recruiting standpoint.

The girls teams are all terrible, like not even in the top 200 for the nation. There is no organization that has both and does it well. The games are not the same and the whole point for most players at the high school level is to be recruited - but, of course, college coaches are totally different too. If you want a strong program, pick one that focuses on one gender only.

Isn't 3d totally done in this area? Maybe I am incorrect but I think both programs are finished.

Hard to get a right lacrosse team for a son and daughter in one club. That being said - Girls Cavs 25s are ranked 50th on usclublax so I wouldn't imagine they are that developmental.

I am not sure any of the boys teams are ranked on USclub lax
