Here is the issue:
On my laptop, when I send an email to someone, they see as the address "johndoe<johndoe@comcast.com>". When I send an email on this phone, they see "john"<johndoes@comcast.com>. I want to change this so it looks like what is on the latop sends. When I go to settings in Microsoft Outlook, I see nothing that allows me to change it. Comcast says it has nothing to do with them and ditto for Motorola. Have not been able to get a response out of Microsoft. Anyone know how to fix this. Theoretically I could reinstall outlook but that brings another set of problems. |
