Need Help! Downloading Netflix Movie onto Laptop

I feel like and old idiot. I have a Netflix account and have downloaded shows onto my phone. I want to download some to watch from laptop and it's not letting me download here. I downloaded the app via microsoft store. onto laptop with windows 10. I also updated my account to be usable on 2 devices. And, I can't see where to download for the life of me. Will some kind person help me please?

I am trying to download the Madam CJ Walker Series (Self Made) and the On My Block Series. It says they are downloadable.

Can't do it. You can only download onto a tablet or smartphone using the Netflix app.

Also not all content is available for download.

Is there a way to link my iphone downs to my TV--so whole family can watch? TIA
