Maryland CareFirst Gold HMO and PGT-M

Anonymous
Apologies if this has been posted before, but is there anyone who has the Maryland Carefirst Gold HMO individual plan who has gotten PGT-M (PGD) testing done due to being genetic disease carriers? If so, were you able to find a lab to do the testing that was in-network?

Bumping this thread because we are in the same boat. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Bumping this - OP did you find an answer? How much out of pocket costs are you looking at?

I believe this was my post. Natera is in network, but only if you get the PPO plan. But I decided not to use them because it takes them longer to make the probe and they don't tell you if embryos are mosaics for PGT-A (which you have to do when you do PGT-M). I am going to try to get CareFirst to make an exception to cover my PGT-M since there were no in-network labs, but I don't have high hopes. I don't remember the exact amount but with Igenomix and the Shady Grove patient discount it's about $3500 each time you do the PGT-M testing. They do let you batch though.
