| Subject line says it all. Interested especially in the Chantilly/Herndon area - reliability of service, getting the advertised upload and download speeds, unanticipated issues, etc. Thanks. |

| We have them in Springfield. Internet is fine, cable is dumb and overpriced. They’re usually reliable in terms of not having too many outages, but this summer we had a bad run of outages lasting from 30 minutes - 4-ish hours during the day. No idea why. It seems to be better now. |
