Bathrooms at turtle park?

Hi all,

Are there bathrooms open at turtle park on weekdays? I saw something on yelp saying their bathrooms are gross, but no further info on hours etc.

They are open but from the side of the building. You can’t enter through the building.

I think they are very well maintained.

I live near Turtle Park and have always found them better than other DPR bathrooms, at least since the renovation a couple years ago.
