| Does coffee weigh that much? |
| Stupid is as stupid does, OP. |
| why are you weighting yourself before and after drinking coffee? |
| Oy. It’s the liquid. |
| A pint's a pound . . . |
| If you drink a pound of coffee, typically you should lose 2 pounds a few minutes later. |
|
Geez, OP... now you know!
You can't drink coffee while dieting, duh. That is what Diet Coke is for. Live and learn... at least you caught it early. |
| Water has weight? Who knew! |
| When you jump out of bed and run straight to the scale, you will get your lowest weight of the day. You dry out overnight through breathing and not drinking. After your morning coffee, but before the coffee induced bathroom effects, you have rehydrated your body. Hence, the higher weight reading. How much do you weigh at 1:30? Just kidding, step away from the scale! |
| Yes. I am surprised you didn't gain more. Home made coffee=one lbs, Starbucks=3lbs, per day, minimum. |
Not if you do IF. I get my lowest weight around noon - after I had my coffee with milk and one or two glasses of water. |
...and how frequently do YOU step on a scale to determine that? Some people have too much time..... |
Yup. Try weighing yourself again in 30 minutes. |
And how much time do YOU spend on this forum?
