Kids Language Art camps for Spanish and Chinese

Anonymous
We are considering Chinese camps for DD as she will begin Chinese immersion in the Fall and our son would do Spanish. Any feedback, specifically on instructors and group sizes?

We did Spanish camp at kids language art for two years in a row. Teachers:excellent and full time immersion and these are regular teachers there which we really appreciate, the largest group we had was 6 kiddos which I think is the max.

My son is nearly 3, and we’ve been taking just language classes and the school has excellent instructors and the curriculum.

My two children are currently attending and have done camps whenever the schools are out at kids la and it’s excellent: happy kids, really nice space and projects. Received so many pictures and communication is very helpful.

Thanks for all the feedback. I’m assuming that the extended hours are available? I’m working FT...

My 3rd grader did Spanish immersion summer camp last year and we are currently taking classes. Out of all programs we’ve tried so far, it’s the best.

If you are looking for a Spanish camp, I recommend Camp Adventura. It was previously part of Waterfront Academy. My children go and have a great time. They keep asking to go back year after year. Http://Www.campadventura.com

Just curious - are folks referring to the Kids LA camp/classes in McLean or another location?

We’re familiar with McLean and kids loved their camps

PP here, just finished a week of French camp and my daughter (a beginner) and I have to say that this camp really good; she’s been saying words she’s been learning. She definitely is hooked on activities and the student: teacher ratio is quite rare to see. I wish I had signed up for a few more weeks but most are full.

Their language camp is the best, one of my kids is currently in Spanish and one in Mandarin, it's our second week this Summer.
