Suggestions for lesbian friend from out of town

A lesbian friend is coming to visit me from overseas in a few weeks. She'd like to go to some lesbian bars, etc while she's here. I know of the bar A League of Her Own on 18th Street. Is it nice? Are there any other bars in DC? Do you have any suggestions of other places she could go to meet people? She's in her 30s. I'm happy to go anywhere with her, but I'm straight and married and don't know where to suggest. Thanks for your help!

Not much selection in terms of lesbian bars. Other than League, there is XX+. You may want to check if there are Lez Link or Queer Girl Movie Night events on the dates she’ll be here. Check their pages on Facebook.
