Op here, I have a bag of popcorn a day as a snack. I eat fairly clean for the rest of the day.
I don't eat or buy bread, pasta, potatoes, or any other carb-laden food item but I love popcorn and want to replace those carbs with something else. I have tried hummus and veggies, rice crips, seaweed chips and I still don't get the same satisfaction. Any other popcorn lovers on here? How did you kick your habit? Help me, I beg of you DCUM! |
| Popcorn is low in calories if you don't put a bunch of butter on it. Can you just get light or better yet, unbuttered popcorn? |

| I used to eat a huge bowl of popcorn every dau (popped at home using olive oil.) I was truly addicted and the only way I could stop waa cold turkey. I didn’t replace it so much as stop. I don’t think there’s anything that’s going to be hot, aromatic, crunchy, repetitive motion (stress relief mindlessness) with the vast amount you can eat yet still not be a terrible food choice...until you’re eating it to the excess. |
