Another ridiculously simple TJ's "recipe"

Anonymous
I just made another simple trader joe's 'recipe' (i.e, opened some stuff and threw it together). I put two jars of Punjab spinach sauce in a large pan, added half a bag of frozen spinach and a package of frozen 'Silverbrite Salmon' which I had taken out of the freezer earlier in the day. I let it all simmer and then served it over white rice. So freakin' good!! My 2 year old and 6 year old both ate it. Easily enough to feed a family of 5 and couldn't be simpler.

here's another: a package of their gorgonzola gnocci, a bag of frozen petite peas, and cubed ham. (TJ's had ham steak from Neiman Ranch). Nuke the gnooci and peas separately, then add all together. A little heavy, but if you're in the mood for it, it's delicious.

I love their gnocchi. Too bad the bags seem to be shrinking by minute.

I will definitely try that salmon recipe - thanks!

My kids like their potato gnocchi - not sure if they'd eat the gorgonzola gnocchi but I would!

I realize there is NO chance the OP is reading this right now, but I'll throw it out there anyway.

I decided to make this salmon recipe tonight, and how exactly to you serve it?

I have two large pieces of salmon simmering atop the sauce/spinach mixture in a large saute pan. Do you chop up the salmon into chunks and mix it up like a stew? Do you put the fillets on a serving dish with the sauce around them, underneath them, on top of them? It smells pretty good, but I'm not sure what to do when I'm ready to take it out of the pan - LOL!
