Girls DA splitting U16 and U17

For 2019-2020, Girls DA is having a separate group for U16 (2004) and U17 (2003). How will this affect the local DA teams? Are current rosters strong/deep enough to support each age group?

Spirit VA has enough 04s to fill both age groups.
