Is there any free weekday parking at Reston Town Center?

I will be taking a friend in for surgery, and to occupy my time during it, I was thinking of going to Reston Town Center. Is it all pay parking now? Is there any free parking for more than an hour? I don't mind walking a bit.

New garage parking rates effective 6/5/2017

First hour free in garages, all garages free after 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Garage parking on weekends (from 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 12:00 a.m. Monday) are free, as are major holidays and premier events (see below).

3-4 Hours $4.00

It is just over a one half mile walk from the hospital to RTC. So I guess the question is will they let you leave your car at the hospital lot?
