
I made 2 key lime pies yesterday and now have 8 egg whites. I looked up egg white omelet online but am not sure how to make a good one.
Any recipe or technique tips would be greatly appreciated! |
With pure egg whites I like to use chopped tomatoes (if you can find a good one, but add at the last minute). Tastes good and adds a little color to the white. And I find mozzerella cheese is better than cheddar, both in taste and look. If you like stronger cheese, maybe some parmasian or gorganzola. Spinach might also be good (again, adds a little color to it). |
