I'm considering getting on the TCCC waitlist for an infant. Is there any substantive differences between the Spring Hill and Greensboro locations? Both are equally convenient to us.

thanks.

Most people I know wanted the Spring Hill location.

I'm trying to figure out if their posted 'Full' Rate is the monthly rate, or is that the rate charged semi monthly (2x/month)? I'm looking at the infant full rate which appears to be around ~800, but I'm not sure if it's 800/month or $1600...

The rates posted are semi-monthly. Just above the table with the rates it says:
UPDATED FOR 2009. Semi-monthly rates, payable on the 1st and 15th of each month

I think using the term "Full rate" is confusing.

Ohh I see, "Full Rate" probably means "non discounted rate." Yikes. That's expensive!!

LOVE TCCC! DS #1 ha been there since 12 wks -- he is almost 3 and DS #2 starts next month.

Both are at (or will be) Spring Hill -- but that's just b/c that's where we got in first. Greensboro is much bigger -- but does offer more programs as they get older.

I visited the Spring Hill location and just LOVED the baby room there.
If I remembered correctly, there was a waterfront view...WOW, I would love to work there, so nice!
Other than that I don't really have much info., I did really like the daycare and was considering to put our son there but the location was a little too far for us...and hubby was worry about the traffic due to some road work near by???

I started at the SH center when DC was 2.5 years old. He is now at the Mclean center. I think both centers are nice- but I loved SH because the director is awesome & the center is smaller.

I was told to take whichever location they have available because the waitlist was so long. it took us almost a year to get in at SH (My first choice was Greensboro because of the indoor gym.) we signed up at SH and will transfer over to the other center when we can. We've been there almost 2 months and I can say that the teachers in the infant and toddler room are fantastic. DD #2 LOVES it. DD # 1 is in the pre-school room at SH and seems to like it too, I'm just not sure if grouping all the PS and Pre-K kids together is such a good idea.....
