Yes, you won't wear shoes or socks. I wear yoga pants, a sports bra, and a tank top over that.

Generally it's only guys who wear t-shirts The ladies wear sports bras and/or tanks.

Yes, wear yoga pants and a t-shirt. Preferably one that won't slide up and expose anything when doing down dog. Also, bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you don't, you can borrow or rent one there.

You can bring a small towel and water bottle if you want. I never have.

When I started yoga, I didn't have anything special to wear. Yoga bends you in all different directions, so be mindful of how much skin you're comfortable exposing. I prefer clothes that hug the body and stay put while touching my toes, reaching above my head, or putting my feet in the air while lying down. I like high rise pants/shorts so I'm not showing my underwear.

A t shirt is fine op, if you are comfortable that is all that matters.

yoga pants or capris or shorts that won't expose anything when you're moving your legs around in all directions. Sports bra and tank or tee - with the caveat that when you go upside down, you don't want your shirt covering your face! I wear tank tops for ease of movement.

T-shirts can slide up while you’re in downward dog. I would wear a tighter fitting workout tank and If you are worried about it looking too tight, a t shirt over it. For workout pants I would recommend knee length yoga pants or running pants (like leggings).

Most women in my yoga studio wear t-shirts, and so do I. But do make it a fitted one, or just tuck in the front in a little bit so the shirt doesn't ride up and cover your face in downward dog.

Something that will hold your farts in.

Thanks a bunch. I wore a t shirt and some yoga pants. It was a small class and basically all 6 of us had on something similar in style. Class was promising enough for me to want to continue.
