Urgent need of daycare or homecare in NW DC (Glover Park, Georgetown or along the Redline)

Hello All,

Due to my employment status at my current job, my very active and smart two-year old will soon have to leave the daycare associated to my work. Since this is going to happen at the beginning of October, we are in urgent need of finding a vacancy in another daycare, preschool or home care. We would prefer it be downtown, near Farrugut North/West, or in Glover Park/Georgetown or along the Red Line (for example, Tenley Town or Friendship Heights).

Are any of you happy with your child care center and know of any vacancies coming up for two-year olds? I would very much appreciate your help!

Call Elizabeth Wilson at 202-333-5307. She is the caregiver of a small and intimate in-home daycare in Glover Park and has currently an opening for Oct.

I also highly recommend Elizabeth Wilson. Our daughter is there and I love it - so does my daughter! She considers herself to be the children's French grandmother, and I agree. She's at 202.333.5307.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. I follow-up on your tip and phoned Elizabeth Wilson, but she said that she only accepts infants.
