The 2009 Flight Guide lists the direct flights. Go to the International Section.

the airport website is helpful, but keep in mind that some of the direct flights shown are only available seasonally, so worth double checking availability before you get too deep into planning.

According to Budgetravel.com, from DC you can go to Aruba, Cayman Islands, Dominica Republic, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, St. Martin, and the US Virgin Islands. You can look up what airlines fly these routes and pick other cities for nonstop flights to the Caribbean. Unfortunately, the program they have is only current as of September 2008.
