While he was busy taking millions for salary the people who performed the functions he was contractually obligated to do, were paid employees of the school in essence the school "double payed" for administrative services. All of which came at the expense of a strong educational platform for the children, the shortfall caused by the misappropriation of these funds adversely impacted all of the programmatic and education initiatives that benefit children. |
