Need SchoolMax help

Does anyone know how to contact a tech within the PGCPS system to get help with Schoolmax? I need my email ID, per the error I received, to be reset. When I contacted the "Schoolmax admin" at my school, she informed me that she was unaware of how to assist.

I signed up a few years ago, but never needed to use the system for my school. I cannot recall my password and it will not allow me to reset my password. Instead I get a message suggesting that the administrator reset my email ID. I suspect they actually mean reset my account or they could simply delete my account if someone at my school knew how to help.

Could you just start all over and create a family account with a new email address?

They changed over from user names to email as your user name last year sometime so that is probably what happened.
I don't know anyone to contact though. Sorry!

That is an option, but would be the very last resort. I have one email which is used for all communication so trying to manage a second and having emails potentially coming from PGCPS and going to that new email would be tough to manage. SchoolMax only allows one primary per household. Signing up with my husbands account would really mean all communication would be lost.... LOL
