ISO pink dress, brick & mortar store (Eleven from Stranger Things)

DD (age 14) is attending a costume party and wants to dress as Eleven (from Stranger Things). We have the shoes, socks, jacket, wig, Eggo's box as well as a Peter Pan faux collar (thanks, Amazon!) but not the pink dress. No, I don't have the time to sew a dress from a pattern. #BadMomAward

Any ideas on where in the northern VA/DC area to look for a pink dress tonight/tomorrow?

Thrift store? Or eBay? It's an 80's dress so that's where I'd look.

Oops, just saw that you said brick and mortar. Is check thrift stores. There's a unique and value village next to each other on New Hampshire Ave in silver spring off the beltway.
