Dr. Richard Layton

Has anyone taken their children to Dr. Richard Layton? He is an allergist located in Towson, MD. If you have, I would appreciate hearing about your experiences. We have an appt next week.

He is SUCH a sweet, gentle man and really quite brilliant in his field. Many of my friends growing up actually went to him as their pediatrician (I'm almost 40!) when he practiced general peds and people still rave about him. People say they wanted a pediatrician "just like Dr. Layton" once they had their own children. I'm also a special educator who has worked with many parents who have taken their children to him (especially children on the Autism Spectrum) and seen remarkable positive behavior changes once he's worked with them on the diet. If I recall, the one down side is that he doesn't take insurance and he's quite expensive.
