Is anybody thinking about freezing dh's sperm because of Zika?

| DH travels to Florida once a month for work. We want another baby some time soon but I'm still bfing at 14 months and don't have my period back yet. How does one go about freezing sperm and what will it all cost to use and store? |

| Not doing this but DH has his stored because of medical treatment he had to go through years ago. You can go directly to a sperm bank - though depending on insurance you might need a referral from a doctor (but insurance didn't cover DH at all). I am not sure the costs, if any, for the initial set-up but we pay about $350-$400 a year for storage. If you don't know of a good place to do this, check with your OB or have DH see a urologist. My DHs urologist was very helpful. |
