Experience with Doulas of Northern Virginia?

I have searched the forums but haven't found anyone mention Doulas of Northern Virginia. Has anyone used them?
Their materials seem slick but not sure about the in-person experience. |

I didn't select them, though I did interview them. I would ask about their experience - # of births they've attended compared to others you are looking at, at similar price point, also review the contract carefully, regarding things like charges after a certain number of hours of labor support, etc and compare to other places you are looking at. This goes for all doulas of course.
That said, while the above was critical this time around (I was clueless first time), there's also something to be said for personal connection, and so you may decide some things aren't as important as that. |
