Stanford-Binet vs WISC ?

Anonymous
A few years ago, DD took both WISC and SB within a few months of one another (before and after ADHD medcation). Looking at the results, the SB scores have taught us so much more about DD than the WISC did.

This year, the school has encouraged us to submit a dossier for her little brother, who is in 2nd grade. I'm thinking just going with the SB, because the break down of verbal vs non verbal abilities is even more important to him, a kid diagnosed just last year with dyslexia, but who has made an amazing turn-around this year.

Question is -- will the SB scores be ignored? With DD, they did not seem to help, even though they were in the VS range. then again, she has ADHD, so her GBRS were rather mediocre...
