Where can you have a glow in the dark party in Northern Virginia?

Can you DIY this? What would I need to have one at a community center or home? Black lights and AV?

Never heard of a glow in the dark party but it sounds great. You'd need a place where you could basically do a blackout--a basement in someone's house probably is an option if you can cover windows completely, for instance.

This isn't a "glow in the dark party" but if you (or is it your kid who wants such a party?) are open to another idea, there is a place in Gaithersburg, Md. that does indoor "Monster Mini Golf" that has glow-in-the-dark elements, fog machines, etc. Yeah, it's not Northern Va., and it is decidedly cheesy--but fun, if the party kid or adult goes for cheesy fun. More of a commitment in travel time, though.

I'll watch the thread because I'd be interested to hear about other party venues out there for this type of party!

The glo mini golf place in Springfield (Old Keene Mill Rd / Rolling Road) is perfect for this and VERY reasonably priced. Be sure to get extra tokens for the laser maze.
