Does anyone know of an online resource that I could look at to figure this out?
wpsii scores normally come with a number that is an IQ number -- it's the FSIQ, if I remember correctly. (There are a bunch of "composite score" numbers on the wpsii score sheet, including breakdowns of the full scale iq, verbal, reasoning, etc. )
Your tester should have returned this to you as part of your score report. If he/she didn't, call them and ask for it. You should get BOTH composite score reporting and percentile rank information as well as all info on raw score and scaled score conversions.
