Psychologist recommendation (Falls Church area)?

My DC is about to start high school and we are starting the process to apply for College Board accommodations.
We have years of 504 plans for ADHD, but the College Board wants new (less than 5 years old) Cognitive and Achievement Testing. Might anyone have a recommendation for a psychologist in northern Virginia to do this testing? We are in Falls Church. |

Can you please share how much they charge ? do they accept kids aged 5 to help with anxiety ?
