Starting a nanny share with another gay family?

When I go back to work this September I plan on doing a nanny share with my then 3 month old. I thought it would ideal in a way to share the nanny with a family that's like ours. We live inside the beltway in Maryland, but I work in NE DC near CUA and wouldn't mind if we based out of your house if you prefered. Any chance someone close by wants to create a share this fall?

I am in the process of looking for a new Nanny for my twins, and I never heard of a nanny share before. I would like to know more about it! Ideally we need a live in Mon-friday. We also, need our kids to be driven to their preschool in Potomoc. We live in Alexandria close to Annendale.
