Best 2nd and 3rd grade teachers at Louise Archer?

My best friend's kid are in...grade at LA. She has not been pleased with the school. She is very active in the school, extremely nice, and seems to hit a brick wall when there are any concerns. My kids, on the other hand, go to a different school that feeds Vienna kids and LOVE it. Not to say that there haven't been bumps; there have, but overall pleased with our school and all of our teachers!
