I walk only when my camera is off in large meetings that I’m unlikely to speak in.
I will say that being chained to a desk 10 hours a day is horrible. The only way to make it is to get exercise throughout the day. Only working out 30 minutes a day will not undo the damage of sitting all day. Humans were not made to live sedentary lives. |
