Blood streaked cm cd19?

I noticed today (cd19) a glob of brown and pink in my cm when I wiped, and since then, I also have streaks of red in my cm when I wipe. I have a 28 day cycle so cd19 seems a bit late for ovulation bleeding (which I've never had) and early for AF or implantation bleeding. I'm a little concerned, since this has never happened to me before. DH and I have not bd since cd16, so I don't think it was from rough sex (lol). I'm 32 and have regular periods. Any ideas out there?

Side note: I really thought I was pg last month because I had a metallic taste in my mouth and was feeling nauseous (2 things that never happen to me) and then AF was 2 days late, but showed up full force, so I guess I was wrong.

Sorry, I don't have any answers for you. However, I spotted everyday between ovulation (I was temping, so I know when it was) and positive pregnancy test. I thought for sure period was coming. Midwife didn't seem concerned at all at my first appointment.

If you don't know when (or if) you ovulated, it is possible it's ovulation or implantation spotting. Ovulation doesn't always happen at day 14.

Also, it s possible you were pregnant last month, but just lost the pregnancy early. This is usually called a chemical pregnancy and is pretty common. It's also possible your period wasn't really late, but ovulation was, because the time in between your last menstral period and ovulation can vary fom cycle to cycle, while the time between ovulation and the following cycle stays relatively constant.

Honestly I wouldn't think too much of it. Spotting can just be an irritated cervix from a bm.

Thanks for the reply. This whole ttc thing is so unsettling! I will just hope that it's not an issue and try to forget about it. I now (cd20) have brown every time I wipe. Do you know how long ivulation spotting lasts? I can't imagine that it would be IB, since I never had that with DS. Stupid hormones!!

Do you temp? If not, start doing it and then you will know for sure when you ovulated.

I don't temp, but I'm going to start next cycle. Cd21 and still have brownish red streaks when I wipe sometimes (it's not every time...maybe one third of my trips to the bathroom).
Anyone have experience with low progesterone spotting? Does it sound like what I'm describing or is it a little heavier? I've been obsessively googling and I found that spotting a week before AF can be caused by low progesterone, as well. Never had a history of that, but bodies change as we get older and I'm 33 now. I also don't think its IB because I never had any blood whatsoever with DS so I don't want to get my hopes up
