Early ovulation after an HSG???

| In more than 24 cycles of TTC, I ovulate at CD 17-18 like clockwork. This cycle I had an HSG at CD5 and started getting fertile signs early. This morning, I got a clear positive OPK - at least 2-3 days earlier than I have before. Has anyone else experienced this? |

| Yes, my HSG definitely messed with my cycle. My doctor said not to worry about it -- it would return to normal. And it did. I ended up having laparoscopic surgery about two months later, and my cycle was off after that, too. |

| I thought mine was delayed by a day or two after my HSG. Dont worry though - just make sure to BD! I got pregnant on the second month after my HSG, so that was good. |

| OP here - just following up: I did end up O'ing 1-2 days earlier than normal (normally O at CD17-18 and O'ed on CD16 this cycle). That meant we didn't start a regular BD schedule until fairly late, but the benefit is that this meant we didn't lose steam... FF even gave me an elusive "high" rating! |
