| Wondering if I should buy something now or later. (5k in furniture). I pay my credit card off monthly, but kinda like the idea of 0% for a while???it's tempting. |

No. They sell day after Christmas .- former employee
Btw discount used to be 30% and the always need seasonal help
Also this shows their mark up |
| PB credit card is absolutely not worth it. We were making a major purchase so went for it, thinking we could use the credit for the rest of the room in a month or so. They claim they sent the credit, but it didn't arrive, we had to pay for the rest of our purchases, then the credit arrived, they had put it all together, it has to be spent all at once, can't be split between PBK and regular PB for example, there's nothing we want, etc. I wish we had used our regular card and gotten miles for the purchases. |

I love the PB credit card. We opened it when we spent >$5000 on bedroom furniture. We then used the rewards to offset the purchase of another piece I loved. We use it at PBK. We also pay it off every month.
You will only receive rewards after spending a specific amount (ie, $250 would equal $25 in rewards. If you purchased something for $100, they hold on to the reward certificate until you reach the $250 threshold). If you know this in advance, you can work it out. They also periodically send me $25 off coupons and 20% off coupons. |
| Yes pottery barn has up to 50% off during black friday & cyber monday. I would definitely wait until then. You can see the full list of furniture deals here: https://www.reddit.com/r/interiordecorating/comments/1ftqsha/best_black_friday_furniture_deals_sofa_deals/ |
| I would try Ballard Designs. They give 0% interest for a year on large purchases and I find their quality better than PB. |
